TSA ID cards are NOT accepted. - Firefighter: Must have active Proboard certification, must have U.S. Social Security Number, valid firefighter ID card, recent training completion certificate, a copy of a valid and professionally‑issued certification illustrating firefighter status, paystub.
- EMT/Paramedic: Valid EMT/Paramedic ID card, recent training completion certificate, a copy of a valid and government‑issued certification illustrating EMT/Paramedic
status, paystub. - 911 Dispatcher: Recent training completion certificate, a copy of a valid and professionally‑issued certification illustrating 911 Dispatcher
